I oversaw every bit of UX copy that went into the FordPass and Lincoln Way mobile apps. As part of the VMLY&R team collocating with our Ford counterparts, we designed and developed the features that give this app the best rating of any automotive application on the market today. Much of what I was involved in is still currently under a nondisclosure agreement having to do with Ford's future electric vehicles. So we’ll just leave it at this for now.
